To have, or not to have

To have or not to have?
That is no question,
For the answer is obvious,
an auto-suggestion.
To have reigns supreme,
the moral of my school.
Bigger, better, faster— lasts longer,
I only kneel to commerce’s rule.
Why do I need more?
I have so much stuff.
The reason is quite simple:
I am not enough.
Thus I find permanence
in price fluctuations.
I seek security in stocks
And bull market situations.
My online following
Tells me how to feel,
My friends are the folks
Who watch me b-reel.
If I show the world I’m big,
Maybe I’ll feel that way too.
So I make addition my temple
And accumulation my school.
What’s my philosophy?
It’s easy from the start.
I have, therefore I am,
The famous words of the cart.
