See this one here, it’s full of things
You packed it up this morning
And stuffed as much as you saw fit
Grip the handle, lest you fly off it
The weight you bear, it drags you down
The more you gain, the more you drown
If you would learn to catch and release
If you would let the voices cease
See this one here, it’s full of woes
And in the darkness monsters glow
You carry on but only just
Your sanity left in the dust
You hold on tight just like a grudge
With every day, your spirit smudged
Of these things no, you cannot say
You’ll zip it for another day
The weight you bear, it’s all a lie
Heavy on your shoulders and under eyes
Do you have the will to pack it in?
Drop your bags and live from within?
These possessions consume my mind
Feeding the pain, but it’s all mine
Do I have the strength to leave them behind?
Without my baggage, who am I?
